Outside In

Hello my name is Lillian D French, known to most as Lilly, or Lil and probably a few others I don’t know. Having my work shown is absolutely incredible to me, to think that my quirky doodles were thought of as art was unbelievable. I use them to encourage my children and my grandchildren to paint. 

I am now 58 years old and over the last three years I have drawn and painted many imaginary characters and dreamt up new creatures and worlds. I have written a story to go with my pictures, it all started from a doodle, many characters were imagined, and worlds, flora and fauna dreamt up along with the story. 

Please don’t send for the men in white coats carrying a straight jacket, I am not mad or insane, just a little nutty or odd that’s all.
