Elzbieta Harbord
I have been a hidden artist in my own right for a number of years. I work with mixed media, including photography, found objects, recycled and collage materials, wax paintings and acrylic, oils and water colour paintings. I am also a ceramic and textile artist, as well as an installation artist and sculptor. My artwork all relate to telling stories in some shape or form. I enjoy experimanting and researching. In photography I try to capture the journey of creation of an art form. The natural organic life, living and dead and the imaginary world play a big part in my art world. I record all my artwork using a digital camera.
I have also made two films and been part of the film 'Citizenship' (my role being actress). The film was turned into slides for schools to view as part of citizenship projects.I also made, directed and acted in a film 'Never Too Late' which was for a competition called 4 minute.
I am continuing to exhibit my artwork - the latest which was shown at Pallant House Gallery, Chcichester during May 2010, 'Drawing Pallant House'.
I enjoy the variety of art I have achieved and will continue to work this way as I am a prolific multi media artist. My intentiions are to exhibit work all around the world and support other people with their artwork as a teacher or support worker.

The figures in these multi-media pieces of art are well modelled in colours like blue and green and pink and brown. This feature of your work makes it different from other artists who draw, paint and sculpt the figure.
