There is no restriction on content, process or size!
Outside In aims to provide a platform for artists who find it difficult to access the art world either because of mental health issues, disability, health, social circumstance or because their work does not conform to what is normally considered as art.
Outside In has no set creative criteria, boundary in art process or limit on subject for the artists that choose to align themselves with the project.
2009 Award Winner Carlo Keshishian believes that "Outside In can function as a mouthpiece to project the voices of quieter people."
