In the past, I have been a freelance illustrator but became disillusioned by the commercial demands. Turning to fine art, I can paint more conventional works for sale, but also enjoy the unusual - whether invented fantasy scenes or new twists on still-life compositions. Winter Warmth, Sun Timer and Rumpelstiltskin have all sold in one-off events, where some of the proceeds raised funds for charity.
