I was born in Savannah,Ga. I went to school in California, where I received a Masters Degree in Psychology. I worked for many years in mental hospitals implementing the use of art as a therapeutic tool. I have always been producing art all my life, and I like to share the virtues and freeing nature of the creative process. I have worked in the following media: clay, assemblage, painting on canvas, painting on silk, and currently painting on wood. I like the bite wood has as a surface to paint on, its raw and earthy. My images are a direct inspiration of where I live, and have for many years,New Orleans. This city has a joy of life I have never found anywhere else, so vibrant, and a true melting pot of cultures, architecture, music, food, dance, art and so on. I so hope my art exhibits this feeling and energy. I look forward to having Uk and Euro exposure.

These are very good compositions with a lot of activity. The figures that you paint move about each work in a harmonious way against a backdrop of primitive wilderness and architecture.
