I'm a self-taught pen artist, recovered alcoholic, and former drugs counsellor. I'm now working as an advisor in a health centre for the chronically sick and it's there that I found I've some talent for art, initially in 2007 when I started doodling as a means of giving up smoking. I've tried to show my work to galleries and some card printing companies but am probably not contemporary/highbrow enough/got the right credentials to be taken on, not having trained etc. I have however had some group and 1 solo show and am looking forward to one with partner Chloe Shalini from 3rd May 2012 at Gallery Cafe Old Ford Rd, London E2 9PL (6-10pm on the 3rd). A further show will be from Oct 1st 2012 at My Coffee Stop, Enfield Chase Station EN2. These will be under the Love Light Art - Spirit & Nature headings.....more to be added shortly.... I have participated in two group shows, in 2008 and again in 2010 which were good experiences.
