David can remember at the age of about 12 sitting with his family in Cornwall in a village called mullion, in the milk parlor. It was a glorious bright sunny day. So having a pencil and sketch book with him he proceeded to sketch the parlor. at school, he was fascinated by technical drawing and was mesmerized by perspective. Later, having obtained a HNC in building, one of his best jobs was checking the artwork for a publishing company. His greatest love is now watercolours. He believes he has been very fortunate to have been able to display a piece at the Victoria & Albert Museum through adult education.
