Mind Art
I tend to paint about my hallucinations, this is a way of expressing myself, turning my negative energies into positive energies. I also like to paint by using my imagination using lots of colour and I paint about my thoughts, this helps me to keep my thoughts in order and manage my hallucinations. When I'm angry I take my fustration out on my paintings and drawings. Sometimes I copy from books but I believe my mind art works so much better than copying. I also write a diary about my art work and the art I do at the day centre.

The first impression I get from your paintings is that you enjoy making them. They are really cheerful pictures.
